Black Rhino Foundation, Inc. Announces 2001 Benefit:
Wine Tasting Event at Bin 36

CHICAGO, IL — The Black Rhino Foundation, Inc. (BRF), a non–profit focusing on the preservation of African wildlife, specifically the highly endangered black rhino, announces our 2001 benefit to be held May 21, at Chicago's premier wine bar Bin 36.

The event is sponsored by Beaulieu Vineyards which will sample and provide information on six different wines. Vincent Pusateri, Jr., Territory Manager for UDV North America said, "The Foundation's goals and objectives were a great fit for the BV brand. Our support of their efforts is something important. We hope our involvement can assist their cause."

In addition to the wine tasting there will be a silent auction featuring a magnum of Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon, 1982, generously given by an anonymous donor.

Tickets are $45.00 per person available through the BRF or at the door the night of the event.

At present, the black rhino is on the brink of extinction. Over 90% of the species have been ruthlessly poached in the last 25 years. This is the fastest decline of any large mammal in recorded history. It is predicted that by the turn of the century the species will be extinct in the wild. The BRF is dedicated to promoting and encouraging the preservation of the black rhino in the wild.
